Diamond Fashion Rings

Diamond fashion rings differ from diamond engagement and wedding rings in that they’re generally purchased to compliment an outfit or express the woman’s style or personality. Whereas a woman never takes off her engagement or wedding rings, diamond fashion rings are changed just like any other fashion accessory, such as necklaces and earrings.

A diamond engagement ring will generally be something traditional and timelessly classic, not too flashy or over-the-top, that can be worn at all times, and with any outfit. On the other hand, a diamond fashion ring might be a trendier style, with other gemstones included, that my be appropriate to wear on some occasions but not others.

For example, a woman will generally always wear her diamond engagement ring and her wedding ring or band wherever she goes – to work, to the grocery store, to church, to parties, to the playground with the kids, etc. Her wedding set is stylishly tasteful no matter where she goes, whether she’s wearing an evening gown, her Sunday best, or blue jeans and a T-shirt.

But blue jeans and a T-shirt call for simpler accessories and her 3 carat diamond and ruby fashion ring would look out of place on the playground or in the grocery store – not to mention, she could lose a stone! And that eye-popping pearl and diamond fashion ring with the accentuating emerald baguettes will certainly be too much to wear with her suit at her next business meeting or her sundress to the beach, but it would look great with that low cut evening gown.

Diamond fashion rings should be chosen the same way you chose other accessories for your outfits, based on the statement you want to make with your outfit. The bolder the ring you choose, the more of a fashion statement it will make.
